Strategy: Invest in residential property in Australian cities, operated as short term rentals

Objective: Deliver regular tax-effective income and the potential for capital growth

Minimum Investment: $5,000 for retail investors, $20,000 for wholesale investors

Distributions: Quarterly

Applications: Daily

Cash Weighting: 5%

Fees: 0.95%* p.a. management fee; 20% performance fee once above 7.5% return benchmark.
